Positive Negative Feedback

Had 500 booklets printed by Almodel. During our initial meeting, I gave ALL my specifications during the initial meeting. After 2 weeks my receipts were delivered but unfortunately, I was not available so I was not able to inspect right away. The next day to my surprise, they numbered ALL RECEIPTS WRONG. Gave them a call and I got the following excuses:

 

1. I ordered the numbering starting from 0001. During the 1st meeting I brought my last booklet and Rodel (the contact person from Almodel) even wrote down which number to start in the photocopy of the Layout I gave them.

 

2. Since I was switching from Ordinary receipts to coarbonless, Rodel ASSUMED to start numbering from 0001. 

 

3. Admits making a mistake because he had a lot of stuff in his mind. 

 

His proposed solution, we print again all receipts but I need to pay 50% of the original cost. So basically I am paying 12,500 for their mistake. Now I am stuck with all these receipts which I need to re-number myself.  DO NOT BOTHER dealing with these people. Go somewhere else who will treat customers with professionalism.
